Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the connoissauna mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use connoissauna. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

Creating an Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Post prohibited content
• Harm other users or the community

User-Generated Content

Your Content

When you post reviews, ratings, comments, or photos ("Content"), you:

• Retain ownership of your Content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content within the App
• Represent that you have the right to share the Content
• Agree that your Content may remain visible to users even after account deletion (with your identity removed)

Prohibited Content

You may NOT post Content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any law
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional without permission
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Is false, misleading, or defamatory

Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Respect other users and the community
• Provide honest and accurate reviews
• Report inappropriate content or behavior

You Agree NOT To:

• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Scrape or collect data from the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the App
• Post fake or misleading reviews
• Manipulate ratings or reviews

Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are NOT responsible for your experiences at saunas. You assume all risks when visiting any sauna.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us (whichever is less).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing a claim, please contact us to attempt informal resolution: legal@connoissauna.com

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and displaying an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
